This code is used to handle the website of dradis (http://dradisframework.org/), it is not in dradis itself :) However I see that a small example would be useful, I will try to work on it as soon as I get the time!

Is there any source code which includes all these cool things as a sample?
I tried to get the latest version of dradis and I can't find most of the things.
As a new developer with Ror (but not a new developer at all) I need such a sample very much.

Thanks in advance

Hello!

Great article! I ran into an issue following these instructions that I thought I would share. Since you have a file named 'activerecord_test.rb' RakeTestLoader was throwing an exception about the file not containing a default test. If you rename 'activerecord_test.rb' to 'activerecord_test_helper.rb' then it doesn't expect it to contain any tests and it works perfectly.

Thanks!
James

You should also "grep -v grep" in the pipe above.
That way, you will only return xfdesktop instances.
Since you are assuming only one instance (hence the display set to a static var), you can now do away with the fro altogether.

Anyway, thanx for the tip.

Hi,

Great writeup. I was wondering if you knew how to get something like 'fixtures :all' or 'fixtures :users' at the top of the test class to work or in a test do something like 'chris = users(:chris)'. I realize that create_fixtures works just fine, but I've been dying to know how to get those last two pieces to work.
